  • Clients who adjudicate a commercial proposal with Fluxpixel are additionally bound by the Project Terms & Conditions provided with each proposal, which govern the commercial relationship, deliverables, payments, intellectual property transfer, and other project-specific matters.
  • In case of conflict between these website Terms and the Project Terms of an adjudicated proposal, the Project Terms prevail for matters related to that project.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By submitting the contact form on this website, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. 4. About Fluxpixel

Fluxpixel is an independent design and engineering studio. Our services include brand identity, UX research and UI design, web development, e-commerce, mobile and web applications, and automation workflows.

5.1 Our content

For the avoidance of doubt, the limitation of liability relating to contracted professional services is governed by the Project Terms & Conditions of the corresponding proposal.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original economic intent.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic and applicable European Union regulations, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
